Our PMO consists of a Foremen that has complete control of jobsite responsibilities, a Quality and Safety Control Manager which insures the project is executed per contract documents with the highest possible quality standards and safely, a Project Administrator which handles all administrative requirements, an Estimator/Purchaser which promptly attends to any prices our clients may need for the ongoing project, and a Project Manager which oversees preparation and execution of the project.
